CANASA Quebec and ASIS Montreal invite all players in the security industry to join them for an exceptional day at the prestigious private Summerlea Golf Club in Vaudreuil-Dorion.

Golf & Bike – its up to you!
Golfers and cyclists are invited to an outdoor day on the shores of Lake St. Louis at the confluence of the St. Lawrence River and the Ottawa River. Everyone practices their sport, but all come together to have breakfast, cocktails and dinner together.

10 a.m.-11 a.m.      Registration - golf & cyclist
11 a.m.                  Simultaneous departures, golf shotgun and cycling
4:30 p.m.               Cocktails, Dinner & Cash Bar

Note: Attendees are strongly encouraged to adhere to the dress code of the private Summerlea G&CC both on the golf course and at dinner and cocktail parties.

GOLF PACKAGE
Includes 1 round of golf, cart, breakfast, 1 drink and dinner.

BIKE PACKAGE
The bike event begins and ends at the Summerlea Golf Club.

The bike event includes:

• Breakfast, 1 drink, dinner
• Presence of professional cyclists on the course
• Motorcycle supervision
• Medical services on the course
• Assistance vehicle, safety and mechanical support services
• Course (between 30 and 80 km) and choice of cruising speed (between 20 to 30 km/h
• Food station along the route
• Road plan for the courses
• Coaching session before departure
• Access to showers at Summerlea Golf Club
• Increased surveillance in the parking lot (bicycle protection)

Not included:

• You must bring your own bike and make sure it is in order and ready to go
• Materials and tools to repair possible tire punctures

Registration
Golf and bike registration are separate. Registration closes at the end of day on Thursday, June 6, 2019.

All payments must be made prior to the event. Refunds will only be issued for cancellations received by end of day on Thursday, May 16, 2019.

Prize donations of any kind would be greatly appreciated.
