New Operator Training Course from The Monitoring Association
The Monitoring Association – www.csaaintl.org – has announced a new training course for monitoring centre operators. TMA President Ivan Spector said at the announcement that TMA are “pleased and proud to launch our new “Level 1” course” and that education “has long been one of TMA’s key values to members and to the industry at large.”
The new course features current best practices for online learning including micro-learning with 7 modules designed to reflect the current technologies and customer service practices.
