This new acquisition brings together two complementary companies with over 40 years of combined experience in the fire and security industry, along with a passion for customer service excellence.
The acquisition of Bulldog Fire and Security allows FMC to further diversify their offerings to include fire alarm service and inspections, while also strengthening and expanding their ability to offer large scale integration projects and security solutions. A former SP&T Magazine Security Integrator of the Year, Bulldog has earned an excellent reputation over the past 17 years through excellent customer service and customized fire and security solutions.
“This is an exciting new opportunity for us,” said Kevin Allison, Vice President of FMC. “The strategic move allows us to expand our customer base while growing our knowledgeable and strong technical services and customer support team. Additionally, FMC is a full-service security company with its own ULC-listed Signals Receiving Centre (SRC), which allows the company to provide fire monitoring and security solutions that are ideal for a variety of commercial facilities. “FMC is pleased to welcome the Bulldog team and we look forward to taking our combined assets to market as a stronger, more dynamic company,” said FMC Vice President of Business Development, Chad Asselstine.
Established in 2000 in Kitchener Ontario, Bulldog Fire & Security specializes in security integration and fire alarm services.
