AGM- June 13, Notice of Motion: Amendment to CANASA By-Law
Dear CANASA Members;
During the June 13, 2018 AGM, the following motion (an amendment to the CANASA By-Law) will be put to vote:
Motion: The National Board puts forward the amendment recommended by the CANASA By-Law& Policy Committee to the CANASA By-Law Membership Section 2.1.1 – Regular Member for a special resolution vote by the Membership.

Purpose: To allow CANASA to extend membership opportunities to include individuals that are not sole proprietors but who want to gain individual membership to the association.
If you have not yet RSVP’d for the AGM please do so; if you cannot attend and you are the primary contact please submit your proxy form.
