Major acquisition by GARDA
Microcom "M" Inc. has been sold to Corporation des services d’alarmes Garda, a division of Garda. For over 10 years, Alain Lagacé, former CEO of Microcom “M” Inc., developed an integrated service company offering both monitoring, surveillance, and security system installation for both the residential and commercial markets. The company has sales, monitoring, and installation service teams in both Montreal and Quebec City.
Daniel Demers, President of the newly created division Corporation des services d’alarmes Garda has acquired Microcom “M” inc, as part of their development strategy. His team includes Gaétan Bordeleau as the Acquisition Director.
