COVID-19 Update - Important Message
As announced by Quebec Premier François Legault on January 6, the construction industry in Quebec continues to operate, while respecting the instructions found on the official site of the Government including a list of priority commercial enterprises from January 9 to February 8, 2021.

Minimizing activities to ensure current commitments are met. Mandatory teleworking where possible and adjustment of shifts to limit attendance at production and construction sites at the same time.
The Commission des normes, de l'équité, de la santé et de la sécurité du travail (CNESST) will intensify its interventions in workplaces to ensure compliance with health regulations."
However, CANASA, like all players in the construction industry, recommends implementing the measures set out by the Commission des normes, de l'équité, de la santé et de la sécurité du travail (CNESST).
It should be reminded that Decree 223-2020 recognizes as an essential service security agencies in the broadest sense (a term also used by the Private Security Bureau to designate the "company").
