Troy Porteous is the National Director of Loss Prevention at Town Shoes Ltd. With nearly 200 stores across Canada, Town Shoes Ltd. is the largest branded footwear retailer in the country. Troy has more than 18 years of experience in retail security and loss prevention helping to protect some of Canada’s largest retailers including Wal-Mart and HBC against both internal and external threats, frauds and scams.
