Fire & Security Systems Group of Underwriters’ Laboratories of Canada (ULC)
Alan has been with ULC for 31 years in various capacities with the past 23 years working in the fire alarm and burglary protection area. Alan is a registered Canadian Fire Alarm Association (CFAA) Technician.
Alan is on 12 different ULC Standards Committees.
The Fire and Security Systems Group is the main resource for Authorities Having Jurisdiction, Police Departments, Fire Departments and Insurance Companies to source out and provide interpretations for field problems.
Alan is also an active member of the Standing Committee on Use and Egress for the NBCC & NFCC for the next release of the NBC & NFC for 2015 and on the Board of Directors of the Canadian Fire Alarm Association.

Non-members: $20 (plus tax)

Pre-registration required. Deadline for registration is April 25, 2017.
