April 13 – CANASA BC Regional Council Meet N’ Greet Job Fair Mixer took place at Fortius with 58 attendees welcomed students from BCIT and Kwantien and brought together security industry companies who are on the lookout for the next generation of security systems technicians and business owners. June 1, 2016 – CANASA held its Annual General Meeting at the Ottawa Convention Centre with 48 attendees gathered from across Canada. The meeting included the reappointment of the auditor, Kreston GTA LLP, for the 2017 financial audit.
