CENTRAL STATION PROGRAMS
Central Station Operators Level 1 E-Learning – This online course provides a comprehensive overview of the job functions of a Central Station Operator. Cost includes course content and assessment test. This course is available in both French and English.

Central Station Operators Level 2 E-Learning – This online course is the next level in training for Central Station personnel. It offers an in-depth view of the operator role, an overview of key technologies used on site, and a customer focus on preventing false alarms. Cost includes course content and assessment test.
