You’re a strategic thinker with a knack for capturing business insights and applying them to creative and thoughtful email marketing campaigns for the TELUS Custom Security Systems (TCSS) and Post Acquisition Integration (PAI) teams. These teams deliver the best in class Complex, Commercial and Developer security and fleet solutions to the industry.

You will partner with senior leaders and stakeholders to drive key strategic and transformational initiatives. This role is integral for demand generation across prospect and base email communications to drive sales and revenue. The possibilities are endless when it comes to our team!



 Duties & Responsibilities

Here's How

  • Create overall email demand generation strategy, roadmap and implementation for our high performing Custom and Commercial / National Sales teams
  • Develop thoughtful and targeted campaigns to generate awareness, drive impressions, and ultimately generate revenue and RGUs for the Security and PAI Business
  • Mine customer data for trends and product intensity analysis to drive thoughtful campaigns routed in data
  • Outline key KPIs for all strategic programs and campaigns across the team and track against those measures and develop dashboards for leadership presentations
  • Responsible for all cross-sell / up-sell programs
  • General Marketing and Brand support including campaign support, campaign reporting, collateral development, development of internal TCSS brand tactics
  • Develop customer-centric copy to be implemented across multiple platforms, focusing on the business benefit rather than the Product
  • Manage multiple agencies to bring campaign and tactics to life
  • Establish and maintain close, cross-functional relationships with key program partners and TELUS support groups
  • Interface with broader TELUS brand team and ensure cohesive and complementary branding in market

 Qualifications

You're the missing piece of the puzzle

  • Recognized for implementing cross-functional program plans and leading change initiatives
  • Valued for your 2+ years of marketing experience, particularly previous experience in product management or strategy, with a proven track record of success
  • Confident in engaging a broad set of stakeholders and collaborating with all levels of the leadership team
  • Proven track record of delivering or exceeding sales targets
  • Exhibit technical experience
  • With a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (or related discipline)
