Responsible for the development of new business and the retention of existing business the successful candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills and sales ability.

Responsible for the direct management of all customers across Canada. May lead to some North America customers as well. Generate new sales leads and new lines of business within the existing customer base. Maintain excellent relationships with existing customers by providing superior customer service with respect to Service/Monitoring and new installations.

Minimum 5 years experience in the Security industry with a strong customer service background and superior communication skills.
