Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day activities of the branch and its personnel.
Drive initiatives and direct sales force activities to generate sales and improve performance at or above company standards. Conduct field sales training with employees.
Direct efforts of the technical departments (service and installation) to achieve operational and financial goals.
Review and maintain branch P&L, sales activity reports and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement to determine areas needing improvement utilizing basic understanding of company-wide operational and financial goals.
Prepare annual budget, manage revenues and expenses, drive new customer acquisitions, and manage and prepare reports to document results. Authorize all expenditures handled directly by the branch in adherence to annual budget.
Determine staffing requirements, interview, hire, develop, train, and manage new employees, or oversee the personnel processes. Ensure all branch employees are properly trained and licensed based requirements. Coach and mentor staff to ensure readiness to level progression. Review and authorize all branch personnel changes as deemed appropriate. Manage all employee performance reviews and ensure they’re completed in a timely manner.
Manage adherence to all company policies and procedures and ensure that all areas of branch and employee safety are obtained. Make contributions to those procedures as appropriate.
Provide a high level of focus on quality to ensure customer satisfaction while delivering great customer service. Actively resolve customer problems and ensure disconnect rate is maintained at the lowest level possible.
Consult with the Sales Development Managers on all sales and growth activities and opportunities that will positively affect branch sales and recommend local growth activities and opportunities.
Establish and manage a successful working partnership with all Builder and Inspection companies.
Maintain ongoing contact with all relevant local public service agencies including, but not limited to, crime prevention and local crime prevention associations and establish rapport with the local community to promote a positive company image.
