Biographie
Allison has worked within the security industry since 1988, falling into the industry by taking a part time job as a night operator for Westec Security while completing an accounting diploma program at college. Somehow the industry stuck and I have made it my career. Over the years I have worked with numerous alarm companies all in the Edmonton area; from ADT, Voxcom and most recently with Telsco Security. My roles have included; operator, station manager, company trainer, quality control advisor, health & safety coordinator & most recently operations manager. I am SIA certified as a National Central Station Operator Instructor and worked with CANASA in 2010, 2011 to provide 40 hour classroom instruction to operators, trainers and managers around the country who attended Security Central. I worked with a committee from CSAA when SIA's CSO course was updated to become the CSAA Level 1 online materials. I am CSAA Level 1 & 2 certified. Most recently I participate on CANASA's Edmonton Sub-Chapter Board of Directors and on CANASA's National Monitoring Committee.
