Course Overview

This course is designed for new and experienced security industry sales representatives providing training on Attributes of a Sales Person, Tasks and Responsibilities of a Sales Person, Basic Sales Persons Tools, Profiling the customer and prospect, Aspects of a Sales Call, Effective Analysis of your sales call. These sales basics are beneficial for all sales individuals. This is the 1st module of the Professional Sales Development Series. Other module of this program include: Security System Components Overview and Security System Design (LINK to SSD1)

Self-Study Format. This program includes a binder with reference information as well as an interactive CD with video presentation
