2005 National Members' Survey Highlights
CANASA's first-ever members' survey was launched May 2nd and was national in scope. We contacted all members. We sent out an e-blast with links to the survey to 993 members (801 English and 192 French) and faxed out 147 (109 English and 38 French) to members who prefer to get information by fax. We received responses (with detailed comments) from about a quarter of our membership right across the country. Members who responded represented all segments of the industry and every region of Canada. This is excellent for a first-time survey, and we thank all who took the time to give us your thoughts and preferences. But we got 216 bouncebacks from our e-blast and six fax numbers failed. So please do send your accurate, current contact information to Lynne Hewitson at membership@canasa.org. Your active participation and commitment is a huge help in planning and improving our services to you, so that they better meet your needs. We plan to do a members' survey every year, and we encourage you to get involved.
