Advocating for the advancement of women in the security workforce makes good business sense.

Hear a distinguished panel of women security professionals as they explore the barriers and opportunities facing women in order to facilitate a more inclusive and diversified industry.

Women continue to be under represented in the security industry making up only 10% of the workforce according to a recent Frost & Sullivan study.

CANASA has brought together a panel of women industry leaders to share their experiences, expertise and to explore solutions to the challenges facing women in the security industry.

Topics to be explored include:

  • Challenges and barriers women encounter

  • What advice can women executives offer to those in the industry.
