The Alberta Regional Council is hosting two breakfast meetings on the subject of AI and the impact on the Security Industry.  With a panel of expert speakers, coming to both Edmonton on November 26, 2024 and Calgary on November 28, 2024. We will hope you will join us!

John Legare,

John’s discovery of technology started when he realized he could take apart something in search of “how does that work”. Sometimes, it was even put back together.  It all started with two pop cans and a piece of string. A career spanning over three decades has seen the use of telecommunications, the Internet, VoIP, Video-over-IP, Web Streaming and AI-enriched computer vision become a part of our daily lives.




Gabriel Santos, Regional Sales Manager – Western Canada, Hanwha Vision America
Gabe has been in the Security industry for 28 years. Born and raised in Manitoba Gabe started his career as a technician, then took the role of Operations Manager. Gabe looked after Manitoba, Saskatchewan, and NW Ontario, then moved to Alberta Seven years ago.  Gabe joined Hanwha Vision America two year ago as the RSM for Western Canada.
