The intent of this Safety Culture presentation is to provide attendees with a range of topics that have measurable impacts on an organization’s Safety Culture, and their root cause of your business success or failure. It will also provide information on their newest Safety Culture Works Program initiative; Marijuana Legalization & Workplace Safety.

Stephen Sayle has a Bachelors and Masters degree from Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia, and is a Canadian Registered Safety Professional (CRSP) specializing in developing world class Health, Safety & Environment Management Systems. As the CEO of SayleGroup Inc. and SayleSafety Inc., their team has started a “Safety Culture movement” by launching online Safety Culture training and digital safety Apps. Drawing on his 20 year background of HSE consulting in many industries around the world in regions such as North America, South America, Middle East, Europe and Asia, Stephen brings a depth of experience and passion to this Safety Culture movement. They are proud winners of the 2017 Halifax “New Business of the Year Award” and the 2017 Atlantic Canada Aerospace & Defence “Most Promising Start-up Award”.
