Position Summary:
Responsible for installing, repairing, servicing, inspecting security alarm systems, card access, fire alarm devices, CCTV systems, and other low voltage systems. Will be responsible for assisting in the instructions of subscribers in operational procedures and care of equipment.
Be well informed and up-to-date on all current codes and regulations.

| Responsibilities |
- Perform maintenance, as required installation, troubleshooting, commissioning, and related to alarm detection systems, door/access control systems, public address/intercom systems, CCTV systems and control and display systems
- Maintenance service for alarm systems, 24/7 during on-call rotation
Participate in on call emergency hours as needed and take part in the normal on-call rotation for emergency after-hours service
- Inspect the installation of equipment to meet customer specifications
Provide customer with informative summary of work to be done or recommendations for alarm system following inspection
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications, schematics and operational/product manuals
- Provide consistently high levels of customer service
- Continue to take courses to upgrade knowledge of products as required
- Performs other duties as directed
