We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities, supporting various departments, and enhancing overall efficiency.  Responsibilities
  • Liaise with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication
  • Coordinate and oversee daily operations for installation and service teams
  • Collaborate with different departments to streamline processes and improve workflow efficiency.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies and initiatives.
  • Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring that all tasks are completed on schedule.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for management, highlighting key performance indicators and operational metrics.
  • Facilitate communication between teams to promote collaboration and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Maintain accurate records of operational activities, including inventory management and resource allocation.
  • Support training initiatives for new employees to ensure they understand operational processes.
 Qualifications
  • Proven experience in an operations or administrative role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proven experience in CCTV, Card Access and Fire Alarm Systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective collaboration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar software applications.
  • Familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
  • A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities is highly valued.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
