Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service to every client
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and other communication channels
  • Assist customers with account questions, order placements, returns, quotes, and other requests
  • Understand product lines, systems, and company procedures to support customer needs
  • Accurately input customer data and maintain detailed notes of interactions

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
  • Flexibility to work full-time hours within an extended daily schedule (e.g., 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.)
