CANASA Annual General Meeting

The Canadian Security Association (CANASA) looks forward to your attendance and participation at our Annual General Meeting taking place in Ottawa, Ontario at 8 a.m. on June 1, 2016 at the Ottawa Conference and Event Centre.

The following items require your attention and action:

• 2016 AGM Agenda – An outline of the meeting agenda is provided for your review.
• 2015 AGM Minutes – An overview of the 2015 AGM is provided for your review. These minutes will require member approval at this year's AGM.
• 2015 Financial Statements – The 2015 Financial Statements are provided for your review. These statements will require member approval at this year's AGM.

All CANASA members are encouraged to participate in the democratic voting process that takes place on an annual basis at the Annual General Meeting. Members will be asked to vote to approve the financial report and accounting firm in addition to other business. Please RSVP no later than Friday, May 20, 2016 by email to cnave@canasa.org.

If you are unable to attend the Annual General Meeting, please ensure that your proxy form is returned to CANASA no later than May 30, 2016 at 5 p.m. EST, by email to cnave@canasa.org or fax to 905-513-0624.
